Trent's energy is hard to miss, you can see the results of his passion for helping people with the most significant transactions of their lives.

Not only that, but Trent Andra, who was born in rural Idaho, lived his formative years in the Bay Area and earned his B.S. in Business from BYU, spent the early part of his career in mortgage lending. That balance of life experience and exposure, along with 17 years in the local real estate market, makes Trent a valuable asset of the Turner DeMarco + Friedman team.

“I like having fun!” he says, noting that the home buying or selling process should be exciting, hassle free and personalized, especially when working with so many different kinds of people.

“You never know who you’re going to come across; we all live in the same area, but everyone has different personalities, backgrounds and needs.”

Part of Trent’s personalized approach stems from his adoption of the latest in real estate technology.

“Buyers and sellers these days are sophisticated; they’ve done their homework. I like using technology to keep pace with everything they’re learning and to offer even more to them.”

Trent and his wife have four children, live in Cameron Park, and are active members of the LDS Church. They thoroughly enjoy family time boating anywhere there is water. Trent has coached soccer for many years and serves in leadership positions in the Church, including time as a missionary in San Francisco, where he learned some conversational Cantonese.

The golden rule – treating other people the way you would want to be treated – is more than a business practice for Trent; it’s a life practice.
